• No Transfer of Ownership: The course purchased by one user cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other individual under any circumstances.
• Single User Policy: Your login credentials (username and password) are strictly for personal use.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

To ensure a safe and productive learning environment for all our students, strictly adhere to our community guidelines. You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Phishing & Scamming: Attempting to obtain personal information, passwords, or financial data from other students or Apoorva Learning staff.
• Chatbot & Forum Misuse: Engaging in unauthorized activities within our chatbots, discussion forums, or WhatsApp channels, including spamming, harassment, or distributing malicious links.
• Unauthorized Extraction: Copying, scraping, downloading, or screen-recording our mock test questions, study materials, or structural databases for commercial use or external distribution.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be an Apoorva Learning educator, administrator, or another student.

4. Course Validity and Access

The C-TET 2026 Mock Test Series is valid specifically until the day of the C-TET September 2026 exam. Following the conclusion of the exam on that date, your access to the mock tests will automatically expire, regardless of your date of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to the 500+ PYQs, custom test structures, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Apoorva Learning. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright laws.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All prices listed on our platform and promotional materials are final. We reserve the right to change our pricing or modify active promotional offers (such as the 30-Day Mock Test Challenge pricing) at our discretion.

Because our products are digital access goods, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a duplicate payment due to technical errors.
